These terms cover your AllWise account, the sign-in for GroceryWise, and for PetoWise when PetoWise accounts launch. AllWise is run by [FOUNDER: legal entity name], ABN [FOUNDER: ABN]. By signing in, you agree to them.

Your account

• Accounts are free.
• There's no password. You sign in with a link we email you or with your Google account, so anyone who can open your email can sign in as you. Don't forward sign-in emails.
• You can belong to one household at a time. Household invites expire after 48 hours.

Acceptable use

Don't use AllWise to:

• send invites or sign-in emails to people who haven't asked for them;
• get around our limits on emails and invites, or send them in bulk from many accounts;
• sign in as someone else, or try to reach accounts or data that aren't yours;
• attack, probe or overload the service.

We may suspend or close an account that's used for abuse.

The service

We provide AllWise as is, and we don't promise it will always be available or free of errors.

Prices and specials shown on GroceryWise and PetoWise are information only. They come from retailers and can change or be wrong, so check the price with the retailer before you buy.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't lawfully be excluded.

Closing your account

Sign in to GroceryWise and go to localhost:3093/account/delete. The privacy policy lists what's removed.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update this page and its effective date. If you keep using AllWise after that, the new terms apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [FOUNDER: governing law (state)], Australia.
